John Kelly, spokesman for the Kangaroo Industry Association, exporter and proprietor of LENAH GAME MEATS, cited for cruelty to possums on the ABC "7:30 Report", 4th May 1999. The Minister for Primary Industry (and Environment) in Tasmania, David Llewellyn takes no action.  Kelly is also involved in the cruel harvesting of wallabies. He sells his wallabies as the 'veal' of kangaroo.
